Clear rules
Off-plan and under-construction projects can be listed only by the construction company. If you bought off-plan and want to sell your contract, you can list that: choose «assignment of rights» in the form.
- Listing is free for owners, up to two active listings.
- Your phone number does not go in the description or on the photos: the assistant answers interested buyers and passes you the serious ones.
- At the end we ask for the property's registration number (matrícula, on the certificado de tradición or the property-tax bill). If you do not have it at hand, you can send the listing anyway and we ask for it on WhatsApp; the listing goes live once we have it.
