Summary: you list once and reach four portals. The video is an optional service. There is a commission only if we close a sale we originate.
1. If you are an owner (direct sale)
You authorize an open brokerage mandate: you pay a success fee of a percentage of the sale price only if Fincas y Lotes brings the buyer who closes. There is no charge if you sell on your own or through another channel. There is never exclusivity by default.
2. If you are an agent
You accept the standard referral / co-broke terms for buyers originated by our network, with the commission split stated at the time of listing (typical rural custom: 4% total). This is a commercial agreement formed by your explicit acceptance, not fine print.
3. Exclusivity
Exclusivity is not the default state. Exclusive listings are an upgrade signed separately, with their own conditions.
4. Nature of the agreement
These terms are accepted with a checkbox separate from the content license. Accepting the content license does not imply accepting these commercial terms, nor the reverse.
