Summary: your property is promoted for free across our whole network. The professional video is an optional service.
1. What you authorize
By listing, you grant Fincas y Lotes a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display the photos and text you upload on fincasylotes.com.co and on the network sites: guatapeproperties.com, guatapefincaraiz.com and mikezapata.realestate.
2. Promotional video
You authorize adapting your material into promotional pieces (derivative works, watermarked), including a property video. That video is also made available to you as part of your portfolio.
3. Term and revocation
The license is revocable on delisting. When you delist, we stop publishing your photos and text. Videos already produced may be kept as portfolio.
4. Your warranties
You represent that you own or control the rights to everything you upload (photos, text, plans) and you indemnify Fincas y Lotes against third-party claims arising from that material.
5. What we don't do
- We do not claim exclusivity over your property through this license.
- We do not charge to publish. The professional video is a separate optional service.
- We do not take ownership of your content: it stays yours.
This content license is separate from the network commercial terms and the data processing policy.
